AYZ Waste Solutions has made significant strides in supporting the local community through its recent project, which involved the construction of 36 homes for Sanctuary England. These homes, featuring two and three-bedroom layouts, were thoughtfully designed to accommodate a diverse range of residents, including disabled tenants. To ensure that the properties are accessible, comfortable, and safe for all occupants, specific adaptations have been implemented throughout the units.

In addition to catering to individuals with disabilities, some of these homes are earmarked for families on low incomes. This initiative aims not only to provide shelter but also to foster a sense of community within Offerton and Stockport.
